With 25 years of experience in coaching elite performance in areas such as sport, business, politics and performance arts, Enda is the CEO and founder of McNulty, a high-growth training and development organization.
On top of extensive experience in elite sport, Enda has more than 15 years of experience coaching, mentoring and facilitating enhanced performance in the Business world.
In working with high-level executives in some of the leading companies around the world, such as Microsoft, Facebook, Jazz and Amazon, Enda has gained invaluable experience with a diverse range of industries, cultures and leaders.
Carole Ann Clarke

Carole Ann has over 20 years experience in the business world having worked at Global giants such as Diageo, Coca-Cola and Accenture. She has also extensive experience in the world of marketing and digital transformation agencies, working on some of the biggest brands in the world.
Carole Ann is an Avid sports person, having captained the Irish Women’s Rugby team for several years, was President of the IWRFU and Chair of Blackrock College RFC Minis and Youths. She was an interprovincial hockey player and Senior Gaelic footballer. Carole Ann has also completed an all-female expedition to the Arctic in 2018 for Debra Ireland. She coaches Rugby in her free time and has recently taken up league hockey again.
Carole Ann has always been passionate about people and personal growth and having studied Leadership and Executive coaching along with Mental Health and Wellbeing coaching, Resilience Coaching and Corporate Wellbeing Coaching, Carole Ann merged her business acumen, sports and life experiences to change workplace culture and practices around Mental Health and Wellbeing to co-create I Am Here.
Carole Ann works with local and global Clients in the area of Organisation Development, Culture development and the future of work, including Leadership programmes and individual coaching, Line Manager coaching, Vision, Purpose & Philanthropy, Resilience coaching and company wide mental health and wellbeing integration.

Paul Allen
MD, Paul Allen & Associates & Communications Expert
Paul Allen is Managing Director of the award-winning firm, Paul Allen & Associates, and has over thirty years of experience in all aspects of public relations and marketing communications. Prior to establishing Paul Allen & Associates in 1992, Paul was a RTÉ newsroom journalist for fifteen years.
Paul is the former chairman of the Public Relations Consultants Association and is a regular contributor to media columns and television and radio programmes. He has consulted and advised six Taoisigh, visiting heads of state and noted high-profile individuals and organisations.
Paul’s firm has been heavily involved the business of sport over the past thirty years. This involved sailing, Irish cricket, GAA, the Rugby World Cup through to various sporting individuals such as Brian O’Driscoll, Denis Hickey and noted GAA stars from Dublin, Kerry and Mayo.
Paul worked with Sir Alex Ferguson and was involved in Ireland’s hosting of the 2006 Ryder Cup and American college games hosted in Dublin. His firm also worked on the opening of the Mount Juliet golf course and golfing legends Jack Nicklaus, Nick Faldo, Ian Woosnam and Christy O’Connor Jnr. Other noted sporting heroes Paul has worked with include the boxing world champion Steve Collins, Olympic Gold Medallist Michael Carruth, rugby legend Rob Kearney, Kilkenny hurling manager Brian Cody and Irish footballer Jason McAteer.
In December 2020, Paul was awarded a Life Fellowship of the European Institute of Public Relations for his contribution to the profession.
Paul is also a Fellow of the All-Ireland Business Foundation.
